• Luncheon/Event cancellations must be received prior to NOON two business days before the luncheon/event to receive a refund.
• No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full luncheon/event price.
• If you would like to send a substitute, you are welcome...just be sure to contact us at saf@spokaneadfed.com or 509-328-5855.

If you make a reservation but are unable to attend, AAF Spokane is still responsible for the cost of your luncheon/event reservation. As we sometimes have a luncheon/event waiting list, please let us know even if you must cancel your luncheon/event reservation later than the refund deadline.
