Please use the following check list as a guideline for how to enter.
[ ] Submit two complete copies of the artwork in one plastic bag. Each bag must include a 2 copies of the artwork and 2 copies of the entry form. The entry form should show thru on one side and the artwork on the other. Each piece of artwork must have the entry number affixed to the back of the entry. We require two identical entries in order for us to have an entry for display during judging, awards show and a backup that can be easily forwarded to the district competition.
[ ] IMPORTANT: Along with your official entries, each individual entrant must submit ONE CD/DVD containing a .jpg or QuickTime file of the items entered. Please DO NOT supply a separate disc for each file - combine them all on one disc. Name your files with your entire entry number and label your disc with your company name. Example: category_entry#_companyname.jpg

General Information
AAF Spokane expects to receive 400 entries in late January, with the judging, based on originality and creative strategy, in early February. Awards will be given in 16 divisions: Advertising for the Arts & Sciences, Collateral Material, Consumer Magazine, Direct Marketing, Direct Response, Elements of Advertising, Industry Self Promotion, Interactive Media, Mixed Media Campaigns, Newspaper, Out-of-Home, Political Advertising, Public Service, Radio, Sales Presentation, Television, Trade Publication, and the Student ADDY Awards.
Judges choice awards for print/design creative (The Designer's Chair), and interactive/broadcast creative (The Golden Pixel), as well as Best of Show Print, and Best of Show Electronic will be awarded at the end of the night.
Also, the Local Advertising Professional of the Year will be honored and area college students will be recognized as scholarship recipients from money raised at "A Red Shoe Event" Art Auction this past November.
The Inland Northwest ADDY® Awards Competition is the first level of a three-tiered national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF). The Inland Northwest ADDY® Awards Competition is administered by AAF Spokane.
The ADDY® Awards Competition is open to any individual, company or organization engaged in the creation of advertising. There are currently 16 Divisions. Gold and Silver ADDY® awards may be awarded in each category of competition at the discretion of the judges. All local winners are forwarded to the District XI ADDY® Awards Competition.

AAF Spokane Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Luncheon/Event cancellations must be received prior to NOON two business days before the luncheon/event to receive a refund.
- No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full luncheon/event price.
- If you would like to send a substitute, you are welcome...just be sure to contact us at saf@spokaneadfed.com or 509-328-5855.
If you make a reservation but are unable to attend, AAF Spokane is still responsible for the cost of your luncheon/event reservation. As we sometimes have a luncheon/event waiting list, please let us know even if you must cancel your luncheon/event reservation later than the refund deadline.
