AAF Spokane would love your help in procuring items for this year's auction. Everything from gift cards and baskets, to posters, t-shirts, rounds of golf, and hotel stays are all great donations, and happily accepted. Please contact Patrick O'Brien (info below) to arrange a donation.
VOLUNTEER
Each year, we need a handful of people to help coordinate activities at the event. Really great at drawing a circle around winning bid prices? You should volunteer! Do you love running a wine bottle ring toss? You should volunteer! Have a talent for talking people into buying obscene amounts of raffle tickets? YOU SHOULD VOLUNTEER!

AAF Spokane puts on a number of events each year benefiting great causes like Project Share, TASC (Teens Against Substance Abuse), and college scholarships through the Red Shoe event. The Grape & Grain event is the only event each year that benefits the AAF Spokane and makes it possible to support these other really important causes. So make sure to get all your friends together for a great night.

The wine and beer tasting revolve around the numerous silent auction tables and hors d'oeuvre tables placed throughout the hall. This is Spokane's premier wine and beer event featuring some of the northwest's finest wineries and breweries.
The tasting and auction is one of AAF Spokane's major fundraising events. AAF Spokane is a non-profit organization, dating back to 1901, that in addition to hosting luncheons with nationally known experts in the advertising industry, it also provides scholarship and internship opportunities to area college students through "A Red Shoe Event", sponsors a nationally recognized teenage drug awareness advertising competition (T.A.S.C.), and raises funds for Project Share, a program that provides one-time emergency energy assistance to families in our region.

AAF Spokane Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Luncheon/Event cancellations must be received prior to NOON two business days before the luncheon/event to receive a refund.
- No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full luncheon/event price.
- If you would like to send a substitute, you are welcome...just be sure to contact us at saf@spokaneadfed.com or 509-328-5855.
If you make a reservation but are unable to attend, AAF Spokane is still responsible for the cost of your luncheon/event reservation. As we sometimes have a luncheon/event waiting list, please let us know even if you must cancel your luncheon/event reservation later than the refund deadline.
